MarketKey.co.uk is a Nooey Ltd website.  Nooey Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the principles set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.  You can visit most pages on our websites without giving us any information about yourself.  But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request.  This document is designed to give a clear explanation of Nooey Ltd's data processing policies.  Any enquiries relating to privacy should be sent to privacy@nooey.co.uk.

Nooey Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on the MarketKey.co.uk website.

We do not rent or sell our customer e-mail lists.

As part of the Terms & Conditions of MarketKey Webinars, Nooey Ltd will share your personal data with Webinar Speakers, who may be located outside the European Economic Area.  This ensures Webinar relevance and maintains quality.  Please let us know by email at privacy@nooey.co.uk if you do not wish your data to be used in this way.

Nooey Ltd may also share your information if legally required to do so by a governmental entity or regulatory authority.

Data protection consent

You [and any of your employees, servants, officers and/or agents (the “Representatives”)] hereby acknowledge and agree that details of your and any Representative’s name, address and payment record, and any other personal data submitted to Nooey Ltd may be processed by Nooey Ltd (or by WebEx Communications Inc. on Nooey Ltd's behalf).

By submitting any personal data, you and each of your Representatives warrant and confirm your consent to the processing of such data by Nooey Ltd or third parties on its behalf. By providing your or any other person’s personal data to us or any other Representatives, you confirm that you are happy for us to process that data and you warrant that you have obtained the relevant person’s consent to such processing. You agree to ensure that, and your Representatives agree that each of you will at all times comply with all applicable law in respect of such data (including the Data Protection Act 1998) which shall remain Nooey Ltd's confidential information and that hereby indemnify Nooey Ltd against all costs, claims, demands, fees and expenses in respect of any breach of this clause.

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters or promotional materials, you may opt out of receiving these communications by following the “unsubscribe” method on the promotional piece or return the item to us with “unsubscribe” marked upon it.  However, very occasionally, it may be necessary to send you important service announcements about an event you are confirmed to attend.

Nooey Ltd will occasionally update this privacy statement to keep up with changing legislation and best practice.  When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the privacy statement.  Please check back periodically for updates.
